Unfair commercial practices
 

In case a seller convinced you to buy a product using harassment or coercion, omitting useful details or giving you misleading information, you are entitled to terminate the contract signed, according to the Directive 2005/29/EC.

After the contract cancellation, the seller is obliged to give you back any sum already paid.
