Off premises contracts
 

“Off premises contracts” means those contracts which are not signed within trader’s shop but in other unspecified places, such as in the streets, in hotel or at your home, by a personal visit from the seller.

In these cases, you have the right to change your mind and withdraw from the contract within 10 working days following the product delivery (or the service provision).

In case the seller does not provide you with all compulsory information, the deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal is of 60 days.
Following the withdrawal, the seller is obliged to give you back immediately any sum already paid.
