Extra charges following the exercise of the right of withdrawal
 

In case of withdrawal from a distance selling or an off premises contract the trader is not allowed to ask for the payment of additional expenses, apart from the ones necessary to return the item already delivered, as foreseen in the contract. Therefore, if the company asks you to refund some extra charges which are not properly justified, quantified or accompanied by documental proofs, you are entitled not to pay and to lodge a complaint.
