In case you purchased a product promoted on catalogues, on tv, on the web or through a phone call, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 10 working days, without having to specify your reasons or having to pay a penalty. In case the seller does not provide you with all compulsory information, the deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal is of 60 days. Following the withdrawal, the seller is obliged to give you back immediately any sum already paid.
