Defective product

 In case the fault arises within two years following the product purchase or delivery, you are entitled to have your product repaired or replaced without paying any additional sum. Whether both the repair

and the change are impossible for the trader to be carried out, you can demand an appropriate reduction of the price – if the good is damaged but still working  - or even the termination of the contract, having back the sum already paid.

You must report the product defect within 2 months following the date of discover.
