Debits after the car rental
 

Did you hired a car (with no problems during the rental) but, moths after, the car rental company debited on your credit card a considerable sum without any notice or explanation?

If so, you are entitled to demand the reimbursement of the whole amount charged, because no damage was objected while returning the car and also because, after the expiration of the rental contract, the company is no longer allowed to withdraw money from your credit card.
