Bank Ombudsman
 

In case your bank didn’t answer to your complaint within the peremptory term of 60 days, you can turn to the Bank Ombudsman, an alternative judge for customers, traders and freelancers to settle financial disputes.

The Bank Ombudsman deals with disputes concerning a specific bank’s service or action which caused consumer financial loss or damage up to 200.000 £.
