Adviser's answers
Mr. Rossi and his on line purchase As he has already done some time ago, also this time Mr. Rossi bought on line a monitor from a deutsche website, paying by credit card. However, within few days the monitor stopped working. Being the product under guarantee, Mr. Rossi decided to turn it to an Italian assistance centre, but he was negated the repair because the product had been bought abroad.
Consequently, the consumer contacted the seller, which addressed him to another
assistance centre, starting by this way a series of liability denials from the
local trader to the head quarter in the East Asiatic. Solution of the case: who is liable in this case for the repair?
