Travel contracts

Tourism and travels related to study and work reasons registered a big increase in the cross-border sector and this circumstance involved new contract models adoption, so that new needs  for harmonization, regulation and consumer protection emerged. Community legislation realized several interventions and is continuously evolving.

Tourists are even more preferring travel packages contracts, because this kind of products satisfy many different exigencies under payment of a “forfait” price, but also because travel packages are becoming more and more attractive for mass tourism.
