May I withdraw from the contract if the seller proposed me a modify of the holiday package I booked?

If the seller modified the holiday package against your will, you are entitled to:

-          demand an alternative package, which quality is equivalent or higher than the original one, without paying any additional sum;

-          benefit from an alternative package, which quality is lower than the original one, having back the extra amount already paid;

-          ask for the withdrawal from the contract, having back the amount already paid within seven working days.

In all these cases consumer has the rights to be reimbursed for any type of damage due to the failed execution of the journey, excepting when:

-          The package cancellation is because of the required number of participants is lacking;

-          the package cancellation has been communicated to consumer at least 20 days before the scheduled day of departure;

-          the package cancellation is due to extraordinary circumstances which could not have been avoided.

In any case, consumer must communicate his will within 2 working day following the moment when he was informed about contract modifies.
 

What will happen to me if I withdraw from the contract?

If you withdraw from the contract without a suitable motivation, the amount you paid when booking will be withhold by the trader. On the contrary, if the withdrawal is due to a non-fulfillment by the trader, you are entitled to receive back the whole amount deposited.
 

What are my rights If I noticed the difference of the actual program from the original one after having reached my final destination?

Both difference and lake of the actual program from the original one have to be questioned in time, in order to be corrected by the seller.
Consumer is entitled to complain to the seller and ask both for a refund and for the return of the extra amount paid, by sending him a letter (recorded delivery against acknowledgement of receipt) within 10 working days after the end of the journey.
