The European Consumer Centre Italy provides you with information and assistance for any cross-border problem such as purchase of goods and services made in another EU Member State. Our centre answers all kind of questions about your rights at national and EU level. It helps you to present your claim and to solve your dispute by an extrajudicial resolution such as conciliation and arbitration.
