Obligation to provide consumers with information

Before signing the contract, the seller must provide the consumer with all necessary information.
 

Besides specific details on products and services, the provider must supply in time the following information: the technical steps in order to sign and access to the contract, the way for the consumer to edit the inserted data in case of mistake, the appropriate codes of conducts with the relative link, the available languages for drawing up the contract (apart from Italian) and the details for the settlement of the dispute.
