Obligation to provide consumer with assistance

 


During the purchase procedure consumers must receive assistance by the seller.

 

Normally, each trader has a “Customer Care” service, which allows consumers to clarify their doubts by sending an email or just by reading the online “FAQs” (Frequently Asked Questions).


Both an efficient Customer Care and a detailed website are, obviously, a token of seriousness and carefulness by the trader.
