The Italian European Consumer Centre gives you information and assistance with any cross-border problems such as purchase of goods and services made in another EU Member State. Our centre answers all kind of questions about your national and European rights. It helps you to present your claim and to solve your dispute by an extrajudicial resolution such as conciliation and arbitration.
